Custom oil cooler and rad ducting
Now with the rad like that. I needed to direct air into it, and not around it. I grabbed some thin Aluminum sheeting off someone who bought a big sheet. You should be able to find it if you look around.
I made a good part of it before the rad went into car (remember the one day goal!) Leaving some extra to trim down later.
Once the rad was in the car. I made cardboard templates, then trimmed the alum down to match.
Front piece has been painted black.
I made a little duct for the oil cooler as well. It's basicly a "hat" so all air that
goes under the big bar in the front, has to go through the cooler instead of over it.
